X-Static Realty Group (XRG) is a privately held real estate investment and management company, active in multiple commercial real estate classes.  While headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida; other investment areas include North and Central Florida; Las Vegas, Nevada; and the Caribbean.

XRG is focused on acquiring assets in various sectors, with a particular interest in multifamily and office buildings. Assets located in urban areas with access to public transportation and major employment centers are also of great interest. XRG’s strategy is to acquire under-performing, income-producing assets that offer medium to long-term appreciation and the potential for revenue growth through refocused, intensive, and hands-on management.

XRG also targets investments that can be acquired at attractive valuations due to financial or physical distress and poor management.
