X-Static Realty Group was created as a real estate investment company with the intention of purchasing primarily commercial real estate assets and operating those assets internally, as buy-and-hold investors.

X-Static Capital Group Launches
In an effort to separate the ownership of real estate assets from their operation and management, X-Static Capital Group was created.
Transition to Operators
All assets under X-Static Realty Group either transitioned to X-Static Capital Group or exited through disposition.
From this point forward, XRG operates solely as a management arm and no longer acquires or holds assets.
